生态护坡的本质和特点

Nature and characteristics of ecological slope protection

（一）生态护坡并非与传统护坡完全对立

一部分生态护坡是在传统护坡基础上发展而来，尽管国内外还没有统一的定义，但与传统护坡的区别还是明显的：

A part of ecological slope protection is developed on the basis of traditional slope protection. Although there is no unified definition at home and abroad, the difference between ecological slope protection and traditional slope protection is obvious.

生态护坡较传统护坡更具有自然生机，与周围景观相协调。生态扩坡具有一定的开放性，能保护生物的多样性，较少改变河道生物栖息环境。生态护坡材料以环保材料为主，多数为天然材料，对环境污染小。

Compared with the traditional slope protection, ecological slope protection is more natural and harmonious with the surrounding landscape. Ecological slope expansion has certain openness, can protect biodiversity, and change river habitat. Ecological slope protection materials are mainly environmentally-friendly materials. Most of them are natural materials and have little environmental pollution.
