小型混凝土预制件广泛用于城市河道护坡、坝头、高速公路边坡及闸门、桥头堆坡、边沟等部位，虽然其外型尺寸不大，但随着高速公路建设的飞速发展，其数量却越来越大。目前所使用的小型预制件虽然强度合格，但外观不美，影响沿线景观。如何提高小型混凝土预制构件的内在和外观质量是每一个施工单位所面临的问题。文章结合工程实例，介绍一次性冲压成型塑料模具预制小型混凝土构件的施工工艺及质量控制要点，可以较好地解决小型预制件的内在和外观质量问题。

塑料模具采用一种聚丙乙烯、APS工业塑料及部分添加剂经过一定的加工工艺而形成的一种复合材料制成。塑料模具壁厚4.5mm，棱角处均作了圆角处理，重量轻、便于施工，具有一定的弹性和柔性，不易变形。塑料模具根据盖板的尺寸，先河北立体车库 消防报警器塑料配件 电缆接地箱 电缆保护接地箱 塑料土工格栅 消弧线圈装置 开发出母模，由母模一次性冲压而成，生产出来的模具规格统一、差异性极小，无接缝、整体性好等优点，而且可以批量生产。
